How your store earns
Two ways.
1. Direct referral. Put your store's sell sheet (with QR code) at front reception. Customers scan it and sign up. Your store earns 50% every month for as long as they stay.
2. Recruit your practitioners. Sign up the practitioners who work in or near your store. They use VocalScan with their own clients and hand out their own sell sheets. The practitioner earns 50% on each client; your store earns 10% on top, automatically, for as long as the client stays subscribed.
Bonus: practitioners using VocalScan can also play sessions live in the room — voice analysis on intake, custom frequencies during the treatment. That makes your store the only place locally offering personalised frequency sessions.

What the numbers look like
Move the sliders. The math is real and it's recurring. A direct subscriber at CAD$40 per month pays you CAD$20 every month for as long as they stay. A practitioner you bring on earns their own commissions and pays you ten percent on top. The assumption below is that each practitioner you recruit brings in ten subscribers over time, which is conservative for anyone with an established client base.

Forty years of French medical research
Alfred Tomatis, a French ear doctor, spent his career in Paris hospitals proving that voice and ear are one closed loop. Play back what's missing from a person's voice and you change how they hear, feel, and function. His work is the direct ancestor of what VocalScan does.

Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine published an AI-based voice diagnostic system in the Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine in twenty twenty-five. The same principle VocalScan runs on, validated in a clinical research setting.

Questions store owners actually ask
Do my clients need to buy anything to try it?
No. Every client gets a fourteen-day free trial when they sign up through your link. If they cancel before the trial ends they pay nothing. After that it's CAD$40 a month or CAD$400 a year. They can also visit vocalscan.com, record a voice scan, and hear part of their personalised session without signing up at all. Zero risk on their side.
How does the commission work?
When someone subscribes through your link or QR code, they're tagged to you. You earn fifty percent of whatever they pay. On the CAD$40 monthly plan that's CAD$20 per month. On the CAD$400 annual plan it's CAD$200 paid once a year. If you recruit another practitioner or store owner into the program, you also earn ten percent on every subscriber they bring in. Both commissions recur for the life of those subscriptions.
Is there a minimum commitment or a fee to join?
No fee, no minimum. You sign up, you get your link and materials, you refer people or you don't. Your spot and your terms stay the same whether you refer one person or a hundred. The only thing that changes is what shows up in your dashboard.
What do I give my clients at the counter?
Nothing to hand over. You display the sell sheet at reception, taped up or in a stand, and clients scan the QR code with their phone. They land on vocalscan.com tagged to you, and whether they sign up that night or six weeks later, you get the credit. No app to download, no form to fill.

Is this a medical product?
No. VocalScan is a wellness and sound therapy application. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. All materials say so clearly. That framing protects the practitioners who recommend it and keeps everyone on the right side of the line.
How is this different from other voice-based methodologies out there?
Different framework and different delivery. VocalScan is grounded in the Tomatis tradition, public-domain sound therapy principles, and peer-reviewed voice research. The visual output is deliberately its own design, and the underlying science base draws from published, citable sources. If a practitioner in your network wants the long version of that answer, I'll give it to them on a call.
What if it doesn't work out?
You walk away. No contract, no termination fee. Your account stays passive and any referrals you already have keep paying out as long as those subscribers remain active. That's it.
